10 large jalapeno peppers

12 ounce package sharp cheddar cheese

10 canned biscuits

1 pound hot pork sausage

*************************************************************

Halve peppers length wise and remove seeds

fill cavity with cheddar cheese

flatten sausage and wrap them around peppers

Bake at 450 degrees until sausage are browned

drain on paper towels and wrap biscuit dough around each piece bake at
450 degrees until slightly browned..........

Serves 4 Texans or twenty Yankees........
