That's odd. I administer over 20 lists, and am a member subscriber to
many more. Aside from the Ancestry Daily News that I subscribed to, I
get no spam from Ancestry at all. When I did get a few unwanted
emails from them, unsubbing worked very well.

I'm not denying that they have spammed in the past -- my SON has
gotten spam from them, and he has no interest in genealogy
whatsoever. But that was only once or twice -- nothing like the
v1agr@, etc. that all of us get daily.
