Dear All

I have not been following the quest for Peachey's but I have noticed that
Latimer Peachey, birth registered in 1866 in Linton, appears in the 1891
census for West Ham under the guise of Latimer Rackey.

This is probably an example of a transcription error by the census
enumerator copying from the householder's schedule to the census sheets
that we see. The name is perfectly clearly written, and yet wrong. He was
also mis-spelled in 1881 as Peachy in the LDS transcription.
