I was concerned to see your mail that suggests you may have had some less
than kind replies. I haven't seen any in the list so assume they must have
been off-list.
Whatever they were I would urge you to pack away and forget them, not your
research hopes. I have been subscribing to this list for over a year now
and it is one of the most friendly. People are usually very willing to help
new and inexperienced researchers. I myself have some fiche on Hunts for
the 1841, 1851 and 1891 census as well as the 1881 discs and I would be
happy to pass on any Cole information.
I missed your original message asking for information - please repeat that
to me off-list and I will be happy to see if I can find anything.
