Hi Steve,
What a good idea! I also have the complaint of a lack of an index and have
indexed several Liverpool "nostalgia" books, including the three volumes of
"The Lost villages of Liverpool" by Derek Whale. I think that you must also
include the names of people and previous names of pubs.
You have enabled me to put the "pubs" task back a bit!
