Hi List,
a puzzle for you experts, can anyone explain why the same christening may
appear in two different places 3-5 months apart?
My ancestor James EARWAKER married to Susannah Garner (poss. Gardener) shows
up in Bethnal Green in the 1851 census aged 42.
The LDS IGI shows the following sons of James EARWICKER and Harriet:
1. James William EARWICKER - International Genealogical Index
Gender: M Christening: 24 Oct 1810 Saint Marys, Portsea, Hampshire, England
2. James William EARWICKER - International Genealogical Index
Gender: M Christening: 18 Jan 1811 Orange Street Now King
Street-Independent, Portsea, Hampshire, England
James had a brother William:
3. William EARWICKER - International Genealogical Index
Gender: M Christening: 13 Aug 1813 Saint Marys, Portsea, Hampshire, England
4. William EARWICKER - International Genealogical Index
Gender: M Christening: 6 Jan 1814 Orange Street Now King Street-Independent,
Portsea, Hampshire, England
