Subject: [DOR] St John's, Branksome: PEARSON

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this List, and I live in Melbourne.

In Dec.1925, James PEARSON, who had been a Churchwarden at St John's, Branksome, for eight years, died aged 72.
St John's January 1926 magazine has quite a lengthy obituary. He had lived in the area only from about 1914, having
moved south from Durham for health reasons.

He was buried at Branksome Cemetery. Does anyone have ready access to their records, or does anyone happen to
live near enough to check there for a headstone for James PEARSON for me, please?
He left a widow, Lydia PEARSON, not sure when she died, but she could be on same M.I.

Sincerely,

Tony ROBINS, Melbourne
