Our Danish church in Toronto also has the Christmas bazaar on November
16th. We can also win a trip to Denmark. A couple of years ago my Dad
won the trip. I wonder if the bazaar takes place in other Danish
churches at this same time.

I was part of the first group ever to be confirmed in this church back
in the 60's.

Julebasar i Parramatta Old Townhall.

Church Street. The Mall opposite the Cathedral. Parking besides the
Library

If you happen to be in Sydney on the 16th of November. The Danish
Church
will be holding a big fete/bazzar with lots of things on sale
including
cakes and stuff, handicrafts and stuff, brick a brack and stuff, books
and
magazines and stuff and a very large collection of stuff as well as a
little
danish coffe shop and traditional danish christmas decorations.

There is also likely to be a nail driving competition and a raffle for
a
trip to scandinavia.



There was some discussion about bronzed Aussie lifesavers marching up
and
down on the sands there but they complained about being too far from
the sea
;o)
