I found the web site for the Hamburg list through FAQ. It's not easy to
find, but I accidentally came upon it. The web site is

I just tried to access it, and it came up fine. A few seconds ago I tried
to access it but I got the message "This Page Cannot be Displayed" or
something like that.

Good luck. I know I was incredibly surprise and happy when I found my
grandfather. If was free when I accessed it. Somehow or other they're
charging now for the information.
