I have Tolken but don't use it.

I think it could be quite useful if the word dictionary and particularly the
phrase dictionary were considerably expanded which you can do yourself but
the time you spend doing it might be better spent learning to read the
language

Translation programs are very good automatic dictionaries but unfortunately
it is the action of manually looking up the dictionary that helps us
remember the word so translation programs actually hinder learning to read a
foreign language
