Hi All

I think that we should all learn from this thread the importance of sharing
information via the list.

A number of people were apparently sharing church web sites off list until I
asked Helen Miller to share her list with the rest of the list.

Helen kindly posted a list of church web sites that she had compiled and
since then there has been a lot of appreciative comments.

In my humble opinion communicating about Danish genealogy and related
subjects should always be done on list unless there are compelling reasons
of privacy. That way we all get to share information and it is one way of
contributing to the list.

Thanks to everyone who submitted the church web sites.

At <www.folkekirken.dk/sognereg/sognereg.php?vis> I found a photo of the
church in Albæk parish and a sketch of the church in Hørby parish ---both in
Hjørring Amt. where some of my ancestors lived for several generations. A
welcome addition to my family history book.
