Hi Betty,

Have you tried the "Kent County Delaware Land Records 1680-1775"?
They are in ten volumes, paperback, probably available in large Libraries.

The Berry name is very prominent, starting with a land grant to William Berry 1680, in what was then called
St. Jones county and is now Kent county.
