Cutts seems to have hit the nail on the head. At this point, though I have no
other data on his place of birth.
Question: What is the "IGI", your source, and how can I access it?
Question: Can you give me some town/parish names within a 10 mile
radius of Sheffield so that I may "look around". From searches in Ireland about
this time, I find that few moved more than 10 to 15 miles. With that said,
Wm. H. Cutts in England was most probably born within 10 or 15 miles of
Sheffield.
Again, what is the "IGI" and how does one access it?
