Dear Alan et al,

This is the same family tree as that of John Frawley who is researching
Robert's older brother, William Cutts, Confectioner, b. 26.4.1834 Basford,
baptism Broad St. General Baptist 23.11. 1834 (Lenton).

This is a confusing family to define.

It appears that Robert Cutts, Lace Maker, b.c. 1803 Newstead was first
married to an Ann (?Voce m. 27.12.1831 at St. Mary's Nottingham.)
Ann's burial between 1841 and 1851 has not yet been found.

Robert then remarried to a Mary ..........born c. 1811 at Bridgford (not
known whether West Bridgford or East Bridgford), a Chevenor.
Mary Brewin marriage 1827 at Radford is therefore unlikely if it is the same
Robert.

In 1841 it appears the family are at Sherwood Street, Hyson Green, Ref
860/2-26, Fam.179, Robert, 35, Ann, 35, William, 7, Elizabeth 8.
(Since there are two Robert=Ann Cutts having Williams baptised in 1837 it is
a little confusing.) This MAY be the Elizabeth Cutts of Park Street born
9.11.1831 and bapt. 24.12.1837 St. Nicholas (beating the marriage by 3
days!!!)
