My great-grandfather James Cairns Airth fought in the Spanish-American War
and late worked for the railroad in Cuba. His youngest child, my
grandfather Lewis A. Airth was born in Camaguey in 1906. Lewis's oldest
brother William Cairns Airth married Patricia "Patsy" Salas but William
died in Havana in 1958. He is buried in the "IOOF" section of a Havana
cemetery. We have a letter from her, but no info from her thereafter. We
would like to know if anyone knows if she remained in Cuba or went
somewhere else. Does any one know where this cemetery might be in Havana or
any info on this couple? Any info would be most appreciated. Thanks, Jeff
Airth, e-mail: .
