Well Eulalio is the mascline form of Eulalia which was a Spanish teenager
martyr of the beginnings of Christianity, verey poplar. People then
remembered some Greek, and the "eu" at the begining of a name or term meant
well or good, even beautiful; thus Eugenia/ Eugenio means well born, because
genia comes from the greek gen, genes, born or produced... or something like
that.
