I have Margarita Xaviera de Flores Quiñones, born in St. Augustine on
February 27, 1711. Daughter of Alexandro de Flores Urquiza and Antonia
Quiñones Alvarez. I know, there is a few generation difference apart, but is
good to have this information as a reference.
Just for your information: My Flores' ancestors are: Flores García, (my
grandfather) was born in 1880 in Cárdenas, Cuba. Manuel Anselmo Flores
Leal, (great-grandfather) He was Alcaide (warden) of the prison in Cárdenas.
He was born in 1840 in Cádiz, Cádiz, Spain. Francisco de Paula Flores
Jiménez, born in 1814 in Cádiz, Cádiz, Francisco de Paula Flores Fernández,
born in 1771 in Ayamonte, Huelva, Ambrosio Flores Roxas, born in 1749, the
same place and Flores de los Reyes, same place (end of the line).
