You can buy the English version of "Sugar and Railroads" directly from the
University of North Carolina Press http://uncpress.unc.edu (link wasn't
working just now) or from Amazon.com (you can use the direct link in the
book listing at http://www.cubagenweb.org/refs/hist.htm#development ).
