Because of the large number of off-topic messages, the list is now
MODERATED. This means that NO messages are posted without my review and
approval. I regret having to do this but it seems to be the only means of
stopping the off-topic messages.

The practical results are that there will be a delay between the time you
post a message and the time it appears on the list, depending on when I get
to review the messages. Sorry about this, but it is the quickest way to
make the problem stop. Off-topic messages will not be forwarded to the
list, period.
