Subject: [CUBA] Question Regarding "Closed" Wills

Dear listers,

Has anyone on the list encountered not being able to obtain a will of someone
in Cuba (whose will was "closed") who has been desceased for 100+ years? Is
there some kind of statute of limitations regarding the unsealing of a will
or would it be deemed closed forever?

Any and all thoughts about this would be appreciated. I'm told that my
relatives will is sealed in the national archives of Cuba.
