start interviewing family members to get a location if not a direct city
maybe a providence. then find out the religion. If catholic there is a
chance you will be able to locate his baptism certificate with vital
information like parents names and grandparents of both sides. You've got
something very important: the DOB!!. It makes the search narrower. Plus
there is a couple of books called REVISTA that may have some info. Check
with the library in the genealogy section or the Mormons. There is an index
that you can look up names before you go the actual book.
