Hi,
I am researching families that migrated from the Cayman Islands to the Isle
of Pines now called Isla de la Juventud, just after 1900. They settled on
the south coast and called the place Jacksonville. I believe it is now
called Cocodrilo. The famly surnames are, JACKSON, YATES, RIVERS, HYDE,
POWERY and probably some others. The families eventually spread across the
island and married into many more families.
