Experienced researcher but new to Cuba, need general "how-to" advice for Cuba.

How to search vitals for my Great Grandmother b. 1870 in Havana? Have names
of parents, who were from England and Sardinia (Italy). Would love to find
our more history - what they were doing in Cuba in those years.

Finally, she had three kids inc. my grandmother, between 1886-1889. Kids
appear to have been born in Santo Domingo. Met my step-grandfather who took
them back to NYC abt. 1894. How can I find their vitals and learn who their
natural father was?
