Eileen and others,

I was surpised at the answer about Apothecary Hall....never knew it had anything to
do with Hubbard Hall, that produces chemicals, I think. I don't get the
connection. Apothecary Corner was exactly as Eileen said--interesection of South
Main and Bank Streets, but more on a 45 degree angle, close by Exchange Place and
of course, Bauby's Corner. Eileen-- I remember it also as a drug store, that sold
magazines and other sundries. I also remember they had pay phone booths in the
back, and if you missed your bus home (for us to Watertown!), you could always call
home from there.

I'll look and see if we have a postcard, but I do know we have a picture, sold a few
years ago by the Lion's Club, of Apothecary Corner.
