Thank you Mark for so balanced a view.
Those who are in full time work, perhaps with limited access to the computor, or are just simply those with too many family history irons in the fire at once, are liable to fall short of another's expectations. I know I have many e-mails not adequately answered, I have been helped by many, and I hope, helped many. I am sorry if I have disappointed anyone but I am sure it will occur again.
I am not the one who failed Maj. but she made me feel guilty anyhow !
So please if anyone has 34 generations for me please be magnaminous and cough up !
I have an index of bonded passengers (convicted transportees) to America 1664-1775. America included what we now call the West Indies.
Western Counties & Northern Counties Circuits. Not every one convicted actually went but dates and sentences, sometimes the offence are listed.
I would be willing to look up individual names, but please dont ask for every Williams or Thomas in every county from Cornwall to Cumberland.
