My great grandfather, John Trewhela STEPHENS( born at The Cross in Camborne)
was educated at Custon House Place Academy in St. Ive's (according to
*notes* in the Collectanea Cornubiensia which Leslie Douch brought to my
attention.
There was a Customs House just to the left of these steps. Does anyone have
knowledge of a school at this location?
