Another FAULL Will

Crowan
7 May 1756
The Will of one Giles FAULLS lately deceased. Proved in Common form before
the Reverend Samuel CHOLWICK, Clerk, Master of Arts, Official.
And Admion of the Goods of the said deceased and of all things howsoever
concerning his said Will was Granted to the Executor, herein named (Being
first sworn,) saving
No Inventory

In the name of God Amen, Gyles FAULLS of the parish of Crowan in the County
of Cornwall, Mason, being weak in body but of a sound and disposing mind and
memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament. (Revoking all
forms and other Wills by me heretofore made) in manner and form following
first I resign my Doul into the hands of God and my body to the Earth to be
decently Interred at the Diverstion of my Executor hereinafter named hoping
(through Gods Mercy and the Mediation of my Saviour Jesus Christ) for a
Joyful Resurrection unto Eternal Life. And as to my Temoral Estate I Give
and Dispose thereof as follows,
First I Will that all my just Debts, Legacies and funeral Charges be paid
and Satisfied
Item - I Give unto my sons Edward FAULS, Giles FAULLS and Thomas FAULLs and
my Daughter Mary the wife of George HAMBLY, one shilling each to be paid
them at the end of one month after my decease.
Lastly All the rest residue and remainder of my Goods and Chattels of what
kind or nature sworn, I give and bequeath unto my son William FAULLS who I
hereby nominate and appoint to be whole and sole Executor of this my last
Will and Testament.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Soul this eleventh day
of September in the year of our Lonrd One thousand seven hundred and fifty
four.

Signed Sealed published and Declared by the Testator as for his last Will
and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto Subscribed our names
as Witness in his presence and at his bequest.
