That's true, Rod, but as it was explained on a TV program yesterday, if
the year ends in a 00, leap day is passed over that year, unless the
year is divisible by 400, in which case 2000 is a leap year. So was
1600, but not 1700, 1800 or 1900. The next 00 leap year will be 2400,
but I'm not holding my breath.
