I think I threw that in, I should have bracketed that and threw in a
question mark.
This Bishop fellow seemed to know his stuff, but he never mentioned 1908.

I hope to find either. The cemetery that I am studying was moved, that is
the remains were reinterred. At the start of the 20th century, newspaper
reports said 2000 remains were moved. I have found about half that number in the
town records, there are still some towns that I have not collected names from,
but I doubt I can find 1000 more with this method. Any l records would help,
like who bought a plot and when and opening fees charged to who. So far the only
thing I have found in the rectory are sick calls and a parish-school's list
of students. I have held off of picking up each old book until there is some
imaging equipment with me. I don't want to touch anything twice.
Thank you for all the information. I knew there would be help on the
list. I will keep speculating on the method of record keeping here back then.
