Hello again, Terence:

I've managed to find Michael Gandy's postal address on the 'net.
Also a couple of online bookshops that sell his "Catholic Missions
and Registers" booklets. Have also confirmed the Toronto Public
Library's holdings of those books, so will make a point of ordering
them in to our local university library (Acadia at Wolfville in Nova
Scotia).
