Many thanks for sharing your results. Fascinating.
Here's another thought, based on local civic practices in the 20th
century. It's likely that undertakers/funeral directors were employed
to remove and re-bury remains. Said undertakers may have kept
registers, and those registers may have survived. (Here in Canada we
rely on funeral directors' records, but I don't know whether similar
records are available in the UK.)
It's also likely that the local civic authority (City of Birmingham)
would have been apprised of any such removals. In fact any re-burials
from the St. Chad's cemetery may have been in civic rather than
church cemeteries. An inquiry might not go amiss...
