Good evening:

Sarah Casey, born 1735 (?), Mathews County Virginia, was the wife of Edward Billups, and they had a daughter Margaret Billups born in Franklin Virginia in 1769. Sarah died 1822 (?) in Montgomery Co., Virginia (?). Any assistance with primary or secondary documentation of these lines greatly appreciated. Always happy to swap files.
