The Levi Casey who signed the marriage bond for Pleasant Casey and Lucy Webb
in Roane County, Tennessee is the same Levi who married Polly Haggard and
died in Taney County, Missouri. This is evident by comparing the signatures
on the Pleasant Casey bond and on the bond for Levi's marriage to Polly
Haggard. Pleasant Casey in Roane County is the same Pleasant Casey who
signed a bond for Berry Casey 27 years later in Bradley County, Tennessee,
also proven by the signature.
Unless the Levi above married Anna Turner later, your Levi is different.
Levi is not my line, so I cannot comment further. I have seen no proof
whatsoever linking Pleasant and Alexander, either.
