Tim and list. I found my gg grandfather Sinclair Cazy in the 1860
census as being 61 yrs old. That would make his birth date at 1799. WV
was VA at that time. He was married in 1828 to Jamima Nibert b. abt
1810, d/o Thomas Nibert from Saxony Germany, and Polly Cave from
Liverpool England. Sinclair died in 1864. Jamima died 8-28-1854. They
had: Thomas William 1828 (my g grandfather
Mary Anne 1831
John Robert 1832
James Lewis 1834
Nancy Jane 1838
Sinclair Jr. 1839
Jenetta 1844
Margaret Francis 1846
Rhoda Ann 1850

I have more on these lines. I know nothing beyond Sinclair Senior
except that his father married or took as a consort a Blackfoot/Shawnee
Indian. Either he came here from Ireland, as some have said, or
somewhere else. Or they did a good job hiding their identity as a lot
of White/Indian mix did. My genealogy is on gencircles.com. You can

Could you share some of this VA research with us I have not done much
there only Peter Casey in Hampshire Co VA. It is said the Casey's
migrated from MD to the Ronoake and then on to SC. Does this mean they
lived on the James and Ronoake rivers. First Casey was in SC after 1750
so help us if you can. Tim
