Peggy,

James G. Casey had a daughter Sarah J. Casey who was born about 1852/53
and it may be the same person. She is listed in his household in the 1860
census
and is age 8 (HH 1740, Dist 16). There are a couple of Wilson families
nearby
in the census but I don't see a Francis listed as a child. Is this family in
the
Hardeman County 1870 census?
