Carey,
I was looking at Microfilm on REV. WAR. pensions yesterday for my Caseys and
jotted down a John Casey from Montgomery IL.He had hired an attorney to
review his father's pension claim, father being James Casey who was 74
years old in 1832. James had fought for in the N.Y. Line ,served in Va. and
was from the Isle of Wight, but was residing in Norfolk at the time of his
enlistment. File # 9158.
