Thanks for the comment, Mike. I am not aware of the Pleasant in your note.
The given name of Pleasant is actually not too unusual, as I seem to run
into it all the time in census records. I know of four Pleasant Caseys in
my own line. Who was the father and grandfather of your Pleasant?
