Lois,
I found a number of Lanark County families in Saskatoon from the time
of its very beginnings prior to 1900. In fact there is a part of the
greater Saskatoon area called Sutherland. If you check the cemetery
listings
for Woodlawn you will find a lot of SUTHERLAND names. Perhaps that
is where they disappeared. Go to the Alphabetical Listings
The person who works for the city at the cemetery is extremely helpful.
