Lyle,

You are of course correct about he thank you. I always send a thank you
note to the translator.

As to the 4-5 days you are correct there as well. But after 7 days...
According to Arthur "Of course you can resend it. Doing it within one week
is our internal rule." The "Doing it" refers to getting the tranalation
completed. If you resend your information to be translated again, send a
note to the first volunteer that the translation is no longer needed.

If it is something that can wait for 2 or 3 weeks, ok, but if you are trying
to make a deadline with plans, then sometimes you don't have 2 or 3 weeks to
wait for a volunteer to return from a two week vacation.
