It is important to understand that these are volunteer
translators who generally have other jobs. I have also used
the service for about two years.

Arthur Teschler tries to spread the load among these volunteers.
Unless it has changed, his system automatically routes the request
to the next volunteer in line for the requested language and sends
an acknowledgement, showing the name and email address of the
designated translator, to the submitter.

I do not believe you should resubmit the request if you do not
receive the translation back "after about 4 or 5 days". If you
resubmit the same request, it may be routed automatically to a
second translator. That is not a nice thing to do to the volunteers.
Resubmit only if you have not received the acknowledgement of
the request.

The translation will come back to you directly from the translator.
Please thank him when you receive it.
