A lot more instances of taking goods from a neighbour's house, even
one where apparently the person was keeping their neighbour's goods at
their house. There must have been quite a struggle going on in the
area, accompanied by lawlessness!

The qlk day compeired Jonet Gemill & the witness forsd who deponit
nothing againes hir

The qlk day the Sessionne considering that the forsd persones ? does
ordanez in onsv the minister therfor wt hir own consent maits that if
she shall be found guiltie of the same hereafter that she sall give
publick satisfactionne and pay 40.18 tofres ynotes

The qlk day Mart Lindsay was delaited for hir bring something out of
hir nytbors house on the Lords Day then the enimie did overflow as
also John Henrie in polkellie for the lyke & James Henrie homgery for
going out on the Saboth to sock behers that was not his own and for
burning some forme of his nytbors goods

As also Thomas Lindsy in airtness Agnes Wilsonne in Amlaird

Jeane Gilmor she for buyeing from the enimie on the Saboth day

Also sundrie personnes wer delaitit for buyeing frome the enimie some
guds on the weik dayes all which were ordained to be summd attend the
nixt Sessionne

As also Rot Boyd in Dalmusternoch for keiping of for his own use some
of his nytbors guds which wer left in his house when the enimies did
overflow and ordanes him to be summnd in agane the nixt Sessionne

As also Heilling Henrisonne was delaitit for sitting downe upone hir
knies and curseing hir nytbor and she forsd do be heavm bot she sonld
hane amends of hir nytbor and give and wold not tak amends she should
cause men due it and ordanes hir to be sumoned together the nixt

delaited made confession of the same

confest according to delationne and is decerned to give satisfactionne
as ne saboth presber

Sat The qlk day compeired Thomas Lindsy Jeane Gilmor Agnes Wilson and
confest accord the delationne and ar decernt to satisfie as said is in
the lyke case

The qlk day compeired John Henrie in Polkellie & confest according to
the delaionne and is ordaned as said in the lyke case

The qlk day compeired Rot Boyd in Dalmusternock Rot Hendrie there ? ?
