The qlk day the Session haveing found that James Wallace had appeared
upone the publick place of repentance for his former scandell & had to
intemat his former fault befor the congregationne that the minister
cant not absolve him therfor he is appoynted to be summoned in to the
nixt Sessione

The qlk day Wm Fultonne & Jonet Gemill wer delaited for scandelous
cariage wt sohr and ordains them to be sumonnd to the nixt Sessione

The qlk day Grissel Craig is apoynted to be ceited in the nixt
Sessione to produce giv testificat that she had satisfied the church
for fornicationne comitted be her in Galloway some years agoe hir
fornicationne was made known becaus she did bear the bairne in this
paroshe & evir since had druelt elsehr

The qlk day Ard Blackwood in Gardrum was delaited for scayding after
ordineth on the saboth day and is appoynted to be sumoned to the nixt
Sessionne

The qlk day Gaivane Lindsy and Marionne Gemill ar delaited for
fornicationne to have benn comitted anno 1643 and ar appoynted to be
sumonndt to the nixt Sessionne

Sessione August 18 1647

Sat The qlk day compered James Wallace and acknowledged his former
contempt of the Sessione as also his miscariage on the publick place
of repentance besyde the forsd scandell of Obecnyt drenking and is
tocerned to stand two severall Lords Dyes on the publick place of
repentance before the congregation

Sat The qlk day compered Grissell Craig & declaired that she had
satisfied for her fornicationne and is appoynted to bring in
testimonall hrof wt all diligence

The qlk day compered Ard Blackwood and being acused of his former
scandell declaired that it was threw publicklie of Body that he stayed
from church and is warned to bein the kirk when he is able

Sat The qlk day compered Gaivanne Lindsy and Marionne Gemill & profest
their fornicationne and ar appoynted to satisfie as find to in lyke

The qlk day Wm Fultonne deponed not be sumoned the bem? ?mrie the
parosh and Jonet Gemill being called compered and both ar appoynt to
be sumoned to the nixt Sessionne
