I am going to Ayrshire the first part of July.
Am searching for information on the following family:
John WARDROP b. 1820 in Stewarton d. 1891 in Stewarton.
He married Mary RANKIN/RANKINE in 1844 in Stewarton.
He then md. Elizabeth FERGUSON.
John and Mary had four children:
David b. 1844 in Stewarton d. 1908
md. 1866 to Elizabeth Hendry/Henry WAKEFIELD
in Saltcoats or Androssan

Elizabeth HENRY/HENDRY WAKEFIELD]
Joanna b. 1846 in Stewarton d. ? md. 1866 to Robert WILLIAMSON in Kilbirnie
Janet b. 1849 in Stewarton d. ? md. 1873 to David BOAG in Blythswood, Glasgow
John b. 1851 in ? d? md. 1878 to Grace COWIE in Stewarton
Also, wanting to find descendants of David WARDROP(b. 1844)
and his wife Elizabeth:

Robert and Annie had two children: David [born Old Perceton 1899] and Janet.
David md. Annie WATT in 1922 in Fenwick
Elizabeth WARDROP 1876 - after 1951 (lived in Ayrshire)
--- +Robert Lydall LYDELL 1878 - (have photo of this couple)
Janet R. WARDROP 1879 - ?
William WARDROP 1881 - 1951 (lived in Canada)
--- +Annie ALLISON 1880 - 1960
Maggie Crawford WARDROP 1883 - 1956 (lived in Australia)
--- +Robert RENNIE 1874 - ( have found cousins!)
David WARDROP 1883 - 1971 (lived in Ayrshire)

David and Isobel had one daughter, Sarah WARDROP
who married John MILLER and Sarah and John had
one daughter Jean MILLER who married David B. TODD
in or near Stewarton in 1954.
Any information on these families/living relatives
would be greatly appreciated.
Am hoping to make connections with cousins.
