Subject: David Dunlop, sea captain and emigrant to Holland?

I'm reading a copy of an old book right now, Dunlops of that Ilk,
wherein it mentions a Dunlop family in Holland in 1898. That family
traced their line back to a Captain David Dunlop born at Fenwick in
1732. I'm wondering if the IGI entry below could be for him. I'm not
sure how this line is related to mine, but surely it must be sometime
back.
