James Linden is reported to have been born circa 1814 in Ireland and
Jennat McWhirter was born 4 July, 1813 in Colmonell.
Their children James, Alexander, Margaret Dunlop, Mary, John, Janet and
Andrew were born in Colmonell between 1839 and 1854.
Some additional information is on record about the families of James,
Alexander and Margaret. Andrew is known to have died a bachelor in 1881.
An opportunity to share additional information on the descendants of
this family would be most welcome.
