Thank you all listers for the info on Hannah Wilson/James
McInnes.
No I am not new to genealogy but thinking laterally to
locate my Hannah Wilson.

Hannah was married to James McInnes, Census '81 showed them
to be at 530 New Keppochill, Barony with children Hugh 6
born Glasgow, James 4 born Glasgow, Susan 11mth born
Glasgow.

'91 Census shows James McInnes at Maryhill, Glasgow with
children Hugh 16, Susan 10, William 8 and Nellie 4.

1881 Census shows Hannah Wilson to be born in Girvan, and as
I can not find marriage I am trying to locate it in parish
of Hannah's birth.

I do not have the births for children so cannot check for
date of marriage. I am descended from Susan, and all records
show mother as 'Hannah'.

Alex, your Census '51 shows a Hannah aged 3yr, this fits in
with later Census showing Hannah to be born c1850 but I
still cannot locate a birth in Girvan. Of course,
birthplaces are often wrong.

I am currently checking all the local sites you good people
have given me.
