affine(?) in the church of christ also Dominats(?) & condesme(?) upon
John Hogge at Midlands Stephen Wallace wright Att the kirk and James
Steill in Gainford to be ? in Like Manner that they may accept of the
sd office.

The Qlk day is delated Robert Wilson in Perwells(?) for casting down
ane ?ear stack upon the Lords day & is appointed to be summoned to the
next Session.

Sess Febr 2d 1692

The Qlk day being called compeared Rot Wilson forsd and being
challenged for his casting down a ?ear stack on the Sabbath day
Ponfested that he he drew out about a threshe out of the head of it
but denyes anie Swether and likeways alledges that what he did was a ?
of cessi(?) his stack being so wett that it was readie in h? as he
affirmed.

But the Session finding that it was putt in upon the Sunday before in
the afternoon & that therefore it was in no such hazard, and also that
it is ? ? ? reported that it was casted doun to the ring does Therfore
appoint Adam Priggart in Thorn and William Cuthbertson in Burnfitt to
be summoned to the next Session as witnesses in this Matter.

Sess Febr 16 1692

The Qlk day Rot Wilson forsd being called compeared not. Also being
called compeared Adam Priggart in Thorn and Wm Cuthbertsone in
Burnfitt as witnesses but the parites abused being ? ? to give in his
objections against the witnesses Their depostion was not taken at
present but refeered to the next Session.

Sess Febr 27 1692

The Qlk day being called Compeared Rot Wilson and stood to his denyall
of anie further ? that he had confest and promised if anie further
were proven ? that he had ? acknowledged he should stand to his
Sessional ? anent him.

Also this day being called compeared the forsd Wm Cuthbertson & Adam
Priggart as witnesses. And Rot Wilson being also again called in to
see if he had anie thing to objecting ? the ? persones as witnesses in
this Matter, he replyed he had ?ing but did admitt of ? Qruron the sd
Robert Wilson Being putt out the forsd Wm Cuthbertson being sworn
deponed That when he arose upon the Sabbath Morning The ? sheaff was
upon the stack and that about six of the Clock in the morning he saw
two men upon it and that afterwards he saw it cast ? to that ring or
therabout. Also Adam Priggart being sworn depones according to the
deposition of the forsd witnesse in all points. But the Session
considering the bad humor of the forsd Rot Wilson doesn't at present
passe sentence ?is to his censure till he be further spoken to but
appoints him to be summoned to the next Session.

Qlk day the session nominats one of their number bin John Gemmell to
attend the ? ? the Synod as ruling Elder Commissione by them for that
effect.

Sess June 19 1692

The Qlk day the forsd Rot Wilson being called compeared not & therfor
the Session appoint James Kirkland to deal with him in order to his
submitting to the Sessions determinations & to give satisfaction for
his offence.

The Qlk day compeared James Whyte in Kiln and gave in ane complaint to
the Session that James Kelsoe por of Gardrume had called him a
perjured rascall qrupon they appoint James Kelsoe to be summoned to
the next Sessione.

John Balloch att Falsyde in the parish of Mearns appeared the 3d tyme
upon the publick place & being rebuked for his fornication and upon
the 18th day of decr was absolved.

Sess June 29 1692

The Qlk day James Kelsoe forsd being called compeared and being
interrogat anent his slandering of the fornamed James Whyte in ? ? ?
