Mr David Smyton moderature
Were present of Elders Gaven Lindsay Thomas(?) Wright James Brown John
Wallace Thomas Harper
Alexander Orr & Janet Curbetson being called in Compared & both
confessed guilt before many & were Rebucked by the moderature & were
ordered to apare befor the Congreation next Lord day
December 15 1744
The Session being meat after prayer Sedrunt

Were present of Elders Gaven Lindsay John Wallace James Harper & C
Compaired John Balie befor the Session & confessed that he was guilty
of furnication & was Rebucked by the mr(?) & is to apair before the
congregtion & they concluded wt publick intimation before ? the
allocation of Scandlous person the ?ucts ? before they be absolved &
that they appeare before the Congregation closed by prayer
January 29 1744

Mr Smyton moderature were present of Elders Thomas Currie Gaven
Lindsay Thomas Wright
& appointed Thomas Gemmel is chused to go to the presbutrie with Mr
Smyton & closed with prayer
