Fenwick 30th May 1773
They appoint Wednesday come a fourteen day as a Day of fasting and humiliation
Fenwick 9th June 1773
Session met and constitute the young Communicants were solemnly admitted
Tokens were distributed and this Day the Edict was returned for the Election
of Elders as intimate before and no objections being made the following were
Elected John Barr in Gardrum miln Robert Kirkland in Crofthead and James Orr
in Tanncrich Alexr Dunlop in Pokelly not coming forward with the rest and
afterward they took their seats accordingly
Fenwick 13th June 1773
This day Alexr Dunlop came forward and was elected and Elder of this Session
Fenwick June 20th 1773 this day the sacrament of the Lords supper was
dispensed here and Wednesday last was observed as a ay of Fasting and
humiliation
Fenwick Septr 13th 1773 Session met and constitute nothing reported ended with
prayer
Fenwick 17th Octr 1773 Session met and constitute they elect Alexr Dunlop a
Member of this Session to attend the presbytery this half year and the next
Synod ended with prayer
Fenwick 31st Octr 1773 Session met and constitute the Modr informed them that
he intended to dispense the Sacrament of the Lords supper in this place on the
last Sabbath of Decr being the 26th day pf that month and that the Wednesday
before that be observed as a Day of fasting & Humiliation Likewise this day
there was collected for a Bridge over the river north esk one pound five
shillings Sterling by an order of the General Assembly concluded with
prayer
