I have a family of Murdocks with their parents as William MURDOCK born abt
1796 Mauchline, Ayr, Scotland and Janet MCGAAN born 12 Aug 1800 Catrine,
Sorn, Ayr, Scotland. William and Janet were married 2 November 1821 in
Sorn. The names of their children are: (sorry no dates)
William-
Hugh-
Margaret (married James Elliot)-
Robert-
Miriah-
Lizzie(who married a man by the lastname MCCorkindale)-James
-Frank (married Mary HUNTER)
If anyone knows this family I would love to hear from you.
